Santa Monica’s commitment to the arts is strong, and a jewel of our city is the world-famous Bergamot Arts Center.

A new light rail station will make Bergamot even more desirable as a destination, and thoughtful improvements are clearly called for.  Our community has been wrestling with what to do, when to do it, and who to partner with to get the best possible result.

After over four hours and over a hundred speakers, I suggested how we might move forward.
