Don’t expect pictures; this one is radio!

Who should pay for the environmental damage caused by polluters?  The CALPIRG-spawned non-profit Environment California says the polluters themselves should pay, and I agree. 

This was a news conference we held to announce Environment California’s Clean Energy Fund campaign, urging the Governor to charge polluters for their carbon emissions.
