Now that we have a new Land Use and Circulation Element, we still need to codify that into new zoning laws.

As we do that, we must always remember that one of our City’s most important tasks is helping residents stay safe and secure in the neighborhoods they’ve come to know and love.

“Neighborhood preservation” is not just landmarking historic buildings; it’s protecting our housing and our neighbors.
